Civil Process Servers in Arkansas & civil process servers

Committed to Our Clients

What we offer is relatively simple. We work with attorneys and companies to serve either individuals, groups of people, or other businesses with legal documents. By definition, a legal process server delivers (serves) legal documents to a defendant or an individual involved in a court case. The process server must serve the documents in accordance with the laws in his state.

Once the documents are delivered, the process server must provide proof that the papers were served. Then, the court case can proceed as scheduled by the attorney or law firm.

Yet many times, serving documents to people is not nearly as easy as it sounds. People may have moved and left no forwarding address, or people may intentionally be trying to avoid the legal system for some reason.

So, not only do we have experience in serving documents to people, we also have experience in finding those people if they are among the few that are making a conscious effort to hide from the law.

Service of Process Procedure May Include:

  • A first attempt to serve papers within three days of receiving your case
  • Our goal is to have all papers served within 5 days. Please keep in mind that some individuals are more difficult to locate and this fact may extend the time required to serve an individual.
  • Proof of service is sent to you promptly after our process server is successful in delivering the documents
  • If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, we will recommend a course of action to you and then work with you to pursue that course of action
  • Assist you with your efforts to locate the defendant, including extensive people searches, and on-site inspections. (extra fees do apply)
  • Fax & Email Service(Law Firms or Process Service Companies Only) We can accept your service documents by fax or email, there is a .10 cent fee for each page received by fax or email payable in advance by credit card (Paypal).
  • Affidavit of Service-We will mail the original affidavit to you upon completion of service.

  • Credit Card Payments. We accept Visa & Master Card payments, through Paypal.

  • We guarantee the service with unlimited attempts at the home & work address or two possible addresses (located in the same county) provided to us up front. Employers have the right to not have civil process served on their property.
  • If you have two possible addresses located in two different counties, please specify which address/county you would like us to attempt & focus on first. We will not reassign service to the second address/county unless advised by you at which time it would be entered in as an additional address (fees apply).

What Our Locator Service Includes:

Our locator service includes extensive and thorough skip tracing. Skip tracing is basically the process of finding people who have skipped out on a legal responsibility. In other cases skip tracing is needed when a person is simply hard to find, for instance, if they are the long-lost relative of a recently deceased family member.

Skips are either intentional (meaning they are intentionally avoiding the law and making a concerted effort not to be found) or they are unintentional. For instance, someone who moved away from their hometown many years ago may be hard to find because information on them might be scarce. They may not have a long paper trail, their phone number may be unlisted, or they may not even have a home phone. Cellular phone records today are much harder to access than landline phones.

However, our legal team has extensive knowledge in helping our clients find the people they need, no matter the circumstances.

Locating people so that we can serve their legal documents to them at the request of our client is what we do best.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that locates cannot be guaranteed due to extenuating circumstances that may occur.
